These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") govern the access to and use of the 17x777 online casino and sports betting platform, operated under the domain 17x777.cam ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"). Each User may hold only one Account on the Platform at any time. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current and complete information. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information — including a false date of birth or name — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account closure.

You must not share your username, password or any one-time authentication codes with any other person. 17x777 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to keep credentials secure.

17x777 is required to verify the identity of its users in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. Verification may be requested at registration, before the first withdrawal, upon reaching specified deposit thresholds, or at any other time at the operator's reasonable discretion.

Documents typically requested for KYC verification include, but may not be limited to:

• A valid government-issued photo identity document — for Pakistani users, a valid CNIC or passport is the primary accepted form of ID.

• Wagering requirements must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings may be converted to Real Money Balance or withdrawn.

• Bonuses have an expiry date. Uncompleted wagering requirements after the expiry date will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.

• Attempting to circumvent geo-blocking, IP restrictions or other access controls through VPNs, proxies or similar tools.

17x777 reserves the right to take all necessary legal and technical measures to prevent and address prohibited conduct, including account suspension, fund forfeiture and cooperation with relevant authorities.

17x777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or other illegal conduct.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the Account holder.
• Regulatory or legal obligations requiring the cessation of services in a particular jurisdiction.
• Prolonged account inactivity (as defined in the Platform's inactivity policy, subject to applicable regulations).

Upon account closure for reasons other than fraud or material breach, any Real Money Balance remaining in the Account (after deduction of Bonus funds and compliance-related holds) will be returned to the User via the original deposit method subject to successful AML verification.

Account holders may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support. Voluntary closure requests associated with problem gambling concerns will be treated as responsible-gambling self-exclusion requests and processed with priority.

Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

All content on the 17x777 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software and design elements — is the intellectual property of 17x777 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit:

• Reproduction, distribution or public display of Platform content without written consent.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling or disassembling any software component of the Platform.
• Framing, scraping or data-mining the Platform for commercial purposes.
• Use of any Platform content for any purpose other than personal, non-commercial entertainment.
